cupid to cloverHave your New Year’s fitness resolutions begun to diminish and run out? You’re not alone. Most resolutions last days or weeks. Few make it past the first month, and even fewer continue on further than that. If you’re still working out strong, congratulations. But, if you need a little pick-me-up or even to start over, we’re here to help! Similar to our Turkey to Tree fitness challenge, we’ll be offering a Cupid to Clover fitness challenge (Valentine’s Day to St. Patrick’s Day). Kazda Kinetics is offering personal training, fitness tracking, and nutritional advice at a discounted rate over this time. Save $10 per individual training session or an additional 5% discount per person on group training. Not only will I be leading these sessions, but I will be again actively blogging on my personal progress throughout on the New Beginnings webpage, as I intend to take up this challenge myself. I won’t be posting training sessions, as they are individualized for each person, but I will be posting fitness challenges for you to use. My continued end goal is to be at 14% Body Fat. This will be accomplished by exercising (both resistance and cardiovascular), staying hydrated, getting enough rest, using the sauna at New Beginnings Chiropractic, taking supplements (Young Living essential oils products and other vitamins), and eating healthy-while refraining from overeating and eating poorly.
