We offer two services, Infrared Sauna Therapy and Red Light Therapy, which can both help with overall skin tone, hydration, appearance, and more.

But we have also formulated the Five Flower Hydrating Facial Mist to help protect, moisturize and rejuvenate. This bland is made with 5 floral essential oils known for their skin healing and balancing properties.

1)Rose Oil– Great to decrease redness and puffiness, anti-aging, healing properties, protects surface of skin, loaded with vitamins and minerals, helps combat dry skin, and and also acts as an astringent.

2) Jasmine Oil– Useful to balance the skin, helps with glowing appearance, corrects dark spots and uneven skin tone, lightens acne scars over time, antiseptic properties, helps stop dry skin, anti-aging benefits.

3) Ylang Ylang Oil– This oil has hydrating properties, balances oil production in the skin, gives skin a well nourished appearance, antiseptic, helps retain moisture and combats dry skin.

4) Neroli Oil– Has regenerative properties, antiseptic and antibacterial and antiviral (great for acne), helps with skin elasticity, improves skin cell regeneration, helps retain moisture.

5) Geranium Oil– Loaded with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory benefits, promotes overall skin health, sets up a beautiful glow, soothes irritated skin.

Together all these oils combine to cover all the basics in winter skin protection and give an overall improved appearance of the skin. Use daily as a hydrating facial mist after cleansing. Also works well in conjunction with infrared sauna sessions and red light therapy sessions.
