KK1New Beginnings Chiropractic is proud to offer personal fitness training as part of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Christopher Kazda, of Kazda Kinetics, will be seeing clients in our office and is available for home or off-site visits as well. Using a combination of progressive calisthenics and a minimalist approach to equipment, the exercises and programs are easily replicated at home so you don’t need to join an expensive gym to work out. Focus is on weight loss, core strengthening, pre and post-natal fitness, rehab and more!

Workouts at our facility may include the following equipment: treadmill, a 15 position wall-mounted station with resistance bands, Bosu balls, balance board, trampoline, medicine balls, exercise balls, ab roller, weighted bars, light free weights, flat workout bench, yoga mat/straps/bricks, foam roller and jumprope.
