Congratulations on your beautiful journey! There is so much to cover in these short 9+ months, and office visits don't always give us enough time to dive deep into important topics.

You're researching cribs, designing a nursery, and figuring out how much time you'll get off for maternity leave. But there is a lot more to learn and discover about this journey. In my almost 20 years of practice working with pregnant women, the words I hate hearing the most are "I wish I would have known this/did things differently/said no to that procedure in my first pregnancy". My hope is that there will be tools, resources, guidance and inspiration in these videos that help every woman make an empowered decision about HER birth. That she truly understands the power and wisdom held in her body, and that her and the baby deserve the best care.
